Title: Scandinavian Salmon Salad

DRESSING
1/2cSour cream
1/2cYogurt, plain
1/4cMilk
1/4cDill, fresh, snipped
1tbLemon juice, fresh
1tsDijon mustard
1/4tsSalt
1/8tsBlack pepper
SALAD
15ozCan salmon, drained, skin discarded, and flaked
1/4cScallions, finely chopped
12ozMacaroni shells, medium-sized, cooked al-dente in water to w
1tbOil, has been added
4 Eggs, hard-boiled, sliced or quartered

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.Combine the salmon, scallions and cooked shells in a large bowl. Add the dressing. Toss gently. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with eggs before serving.
